1970s Miniature Pewter Gold Miner

This pewter dude is really tiny. He is a goldminer. He measures approximately 3/4" tall and weighs about 6 grams. He doesn't sit up well as he needs to be on something or propped up. He does have a signature marked on the bottom. I'm not sure who the artist is. He needs a big gold nugget in his pan.
