Figural house tin lithographed as a pink brick townhouse with a blue shingle roof lid, dated 1995 above the door.
A figural tin shaped and printed as a two story pink brick townhouse, complete with arched fanlight windows, lace curtains, window boxes of geraniums and hollyhocks, clipped topiaries flanking the front steps, and a white cat dozing on a sill. The lid forms the roof and is embossed in overlapping blue shingles that you can feel under your fingers. One face carries a stained glass transom over the front door with 1995 lettered above it, and a girl leans from an upper window. The other elevation shows a side garden with a wicker chair and a broom by the door. Charming as a shelf piece on its own, and useful for tea bags, recipe cards, or small treasures.
